One of the best views of Singapore but not the best. The best view is from 1-Altitude.
I was at the UOB Plaza Nov 2008 and was at the 60th Story of the Chinese restaurant. I believe 1-Altitude is 3 floors above that. Anyway, even on the 60th floor its spectacular.
